There are plenty of opportunities to give back to your community by volunteering your time. BeTheChange907.org is United Way of Anchorage's volunteer portal that lists well over 50 organizations who routinely seek the assistance of community members for various activities and projects. Community members can set up a profile to connect with nonprofits throughout Anchorage.
