Have you ever wondered what Anchorage Youth Court is all about? Or do you know someone who may be interested in joining AYC and would like them to have a better understanding? Stop by AYC’s Open House on Tuesday, September 13 starting at 6:30 pm. This is a great opportunity to see what Anchorage Youth Court does and get your questions answered.
At the open house, you can:
- Watch a mock hearing put on by youth volunteers. Hearings will be at 7 pm and 7:15 pm on the third floor of the Boney Courthouse located at 303 K Street.
- Check out our defendant meeting space (where defendants meet with their attorneys and the case coordinator).
- Youth ages 12 – 18 can register for upcoming new member classes.
- Enjoy light refreshments.
